Ten Live Group (“the Company”) is committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor in all corporate activities and global supply chains.
As an international recruitment, staffing, and resource management business operating across energy, rail, IT, logistics, and technical sectors, we uphold a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We implement rigorous processes to ensure fair treatment, ethical recruitment, and safe working conditions for all candidates and staff.
This policy applies to:
• All direct employees, board members, agency contractors, and temporary workers engaged by Ten Live Group.
• All external suppliers, sub-contractors, umbrella companies, joint ventures, and client partners globally.
A. Energy, Oil & Gas, and Renewables Sector Due to the international nature of energy projects, offshore placements, and remote site operations:
• Passport & Document Retention: Ten Live Group strictly prohibits the retention of original passports, travel documents, or work permits by any third-party employer, agency, or site supervisor.
• Mobility & Relocation Integrity: For international deployments, all travel, visa, and relocation arrangements managed by Ten Live Group are paid directly by the Company or client. Candidates will never be subjected to debt bondage or mandatory travel-fee repayments.
• Sub-Contractor Verification: Local overseas manning agencies and sub-tier recruiters must undergo annual ethical audits confirming zero utilization of forced labor.
B. Rail & Transportation Sector (RISQS Compliant) Recognizing risks in high-turnover temporary labor, site civil works, and rail maintenance:
• RISQS Standard Alignment: All rail staffing practices comply with Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS) standards and UK Rail Safety regulations.
• Fatigue & Welfare Monitoring: Shift allocation and site conditions are monitored to prevent overworking or excessive hours driven by third-party financial exploitation.
• Direct Induction Checks: Site supervisors are trained to perform random visual and welfare checks during rail work-stream placements to identify physical signs of abuse or coercion.
C. Cross-Border & International Recruitment
• Employer Pays Principle: Ten Live Group enforces the Employer Pays Principle. No candidate—regardless of origin country or destination—shall pay any fees, deposits, or placement costs to secure employment.
• Multilingual Contracts: Key working conditions, pay rates, and rights must be provided in a clear written contract in the worker’s primary language prior to departure.
