Once we have created a personalised manpower strategy for your company, we will apply our rigorous talent management approach to find the right employees for you and place them, whether you require permanent or part-time staff.
Our Talent Management procedure goes through six stages:
- Resource talent – by advertising locally and globally, pre-screening, and matching job description and person specifications.
- Identify talent – through interviews and skills assessment.
- Through our legal contract manpower tool, we transfer permanent placements direct to customer, place temporary PAYE contractors, UK and international umbrella and self-employed contractors.
- Assist with relocation (if needed) – we help applicants with everything needed in the relocation process, including medical checks, physician reports, police reports and family settlement. We can also assist with visa applications if the candidate is from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia or the Pacific.
- Develop talent – we support candidates that we source by providing inductions, training, coaching and succession planning.
- Retain talent – we offer retention analysis and external support service.
