Ten Live’s managing directors, Joanne Telfer and Gary Telfer once again have the exciting opportunity to travel to Dubai to meet with a number of Ten Live’s global clients based in Dubai and also to meet with potential new clients.

Dubai – to lead UAE growth in 2013 – a land of opportunities
- Dubai is the second largest of the seven states of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and its main port and commercial centre (1).
- Dubai has recovered well from the 2009 global financial crisis and is moving towards a full recovery and is expected to spearhead real growth in the UAE economy in 2013 (2).
- Less dependent on the oil sector than other UAE states, Dubai has successfully diversified its economy to become the UAE’s business hub.In 2012 Dubai’s non-oil sector grew by 4.2% while Abu Dhabi’s non-oil sector increased by 4% (3).
- Dubai’s excellent infrastructure and its prime location as a global trading centre for trade and tourism will continue to underpin further diversification and growth.
The future for doing international business in Dubai looks very promising for international trade and Ten Live !
